Prior to processing your first withdrawal, JCash requires completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may close your JCash account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closing your account, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Upon closure of your account, whether by JCash or at your own request, you will lose access to all Platform features, pending promotional offers, accumulated loyalty points that have not been redeemed, and any bonus balances not yet eligible for withdrawal.
All content on the JCash Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, source code, software, game interfaces, logos, brand names, and promotional material, is the intellectual property of JCash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
